What are apps?

Apps are small software applications that enable you to customize your iPad to perform the way you would like it to perform.

Are all apps free of charge? 

The short answer is "No".

Some apps are free and some apps cost money. There are also some apps that are free to download; however, the developers may charge your for a subscription and/or ask you to pay a small fee to access more features.

Others apps might be available for free for a short-period of time before the developers start to charge users a free to download the software.

Where can I find and download apps?

Apps can be downloaded on the Apple iTunes website.

Important Note: You will need an Apple ID to download apps from the website, even the free ones. If you do not have an Apple ID, click here to sign up.

What apps are listed on this site?

The apps listed on this site are all free of charge (for now) and are most commonly used in the classroom. If you would like to rate one of the apps listed on this site, please do so by clicking on one of the stars.
