Search the Tyndale Library with WorldCat

To find primary resources at the Tyndale Libraries using WorldCat take the following steps:

  1. Develop a list of keywords that relate to your topic

    (i.e. Israel, Judaism, etc.)

  2. If you're having difficulties finding keywords, use a thesaurus or read an encyclopedia article

(i.e. Gale Virtual Reference - Tyndale log-in required)

  3. Enter keyword(s) into the search engine

(Hint: do not use sentences or articles such as "a" or "the")

  4. Try combining keywords with the type of primary resource that you are looking for

    (i.e. Judaism early works)

  5. Check off eBook in the Format box on the left-hand side of the screen to search for electronic books.
  6. Narrow your WorldCat search by format to Archival material. Sometimes primary documents have been digitized and are available digitally from links provided by other libraries that are accessible through WorldCat.
