Welcome to the Mental Health, Addictions and Well-being LibGuide 

The purpose of this research guide is to help pre-service and in-service teachers in Ontario as well as other professionals working with children and young people to find resources available through and beyond the Tyndale Libraries related to mental health, addictions and well being.

This research guide will help its intended audience to find and critically assess resources that provide information on the following topics

  1. Mental health issues and their interventions
  2. Fostering and maintaining good mental health
  3. Promoting mental health in the classroom
  4. Where to find support services for mental health consumers
