Open Education Resources (OER) are digital textbooks, course readings, and other teaching and learning related materials that are available online or at little or no cost.
These resources are produced by libraries, universities, government agencies, archival organizations and individuals. These resources can be used, reused and modified pending on how these resources have been licensed by the creator of the content.
